Where can I find the latest articles of association?
If you are a shareholder, you can obtain the articles of association by logging into the company's resident portal at https://asukas.hausvise.fi/.
After pressing the select button, enter the email address you gave to the property manager in the text box and you will be able to browse the files made available to shareholders, including the latest articles of association.
If you are trading in shares, ask the seller for the articles of association. If they do not have the articles of association, anyone can apply for the articles of association through the Trade Register website.
Address changes and announcements to shareholders
It is recommended to change your address via the website. The address change form can be accessed by selecting "To shareholder" from the menu.

What kind of linen is provided in the apartment?
The beds are made with pre-made sheets and pillowcases.
There are also extra "spare" sheets in the wardrobe in the apartment.
The apartment also includes bath and hand towels.
Please note that this only applies to pre-ordered linen service.
The beds in the apartments are 100 cm wide.
How many people are the apartment equipped for?
Apartments 2-11 have equipment and supplies for four people.
Apartment 1 is equipped for 6 people.
What steps must be taken when leaving?
Vacuuming, wiping floors and countertops.
Linens are taken off the beds and collected in laundry bags left in the bathrooms for this purpose, as are towels.
Garbage is taken to the waste container in the garbage shed. Remember to sort waste.
Empty bottles, metal, plastic, etc. must not be left in the apartment or in the garbage can!
Dishes must be washed and left clean. The dishwasher MUST NOT be left unattended when leaving. The apartment is in good condition when leaving.
What do I do if the sauna doesn't heat up?
The sauna heater has two separate operating switches.
One of them adjusts the temperature and the other the heating time.
Check that the heater thermostat is not turned to the zero position or to a very low temperature.
When turning the switch to use the heater, it must be noted that if you turn it any further, the heating will not turn on. In that position, the heater's timer will start.
When turning the switch just a quarter turn, the resistors start to heat up immediately.

Can I bring a pet to the apartment?
The company's board has decided that pets can be brought along, but visitors must take special care with the final cleaning and must not allow pets on the beds and sofa beds. After the visit, please be prepared for the possibility of an additional cleaning bill.
When walking your pet, make sure that the yard and lawn areas are kept clean. Pets must always be kept on a leash.
Can I start the vacation week at any time?
Yes, you can start your holiday week at any time after the start of the booking, on Fridays after 4:00 PM.
