The apartments at Pitkäniemi III in Laukaa offer a comfortable and welcoming setting for your holiday. Enjoy lake views and closeness to nature, while all modern amenities are within reach. The holiday resort has 11 ready-made apartments that follow the shore in a chain-like, comfortably spacious manner.

Spacious and comfortable apartments

Our holiday resort has 11 finished apartments. The largest of them is 60 m2 in size and includes three bedrooms and sleeping areas for six, a living room/kitchen, a sauna and two terraces.

Ten 40 square meter apartments have a bedroom and sleeping areas for four, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a sauna and a terrace. All apartments are located on the lake shore with a beautiful view.

Unique amenities and surroundings

The apartment has direct access to the lake for swimming or rowing. There is garden furniture on the terraces. The lake shore has a sandy bottom and is a great place for children to swim.

Residents have free use of three rowing boats, a campfire site, beach chairs and a pier. There are also bicycles for visitors to use. There is also a barbecue building on the beach, which has a gas grill and a ball grill for everyone to use.

Equipment

The apartments are fully equipped with:

bed linen for 4 or 6 people, only by prior arrangement
tableware
fridge,
dishwasher
microwave, coffee and kettle.
Pets are allowed with restrictions. The apartments must be left in a clean condition.

General instructions for guests

The weekly changeover day is Fridays.

The apartment must be handed over by 12:00 and new residents can arrive at 16:00.

Pets are allowed, but restrictions may apply. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

The apartments must be left in a clean condition. Cleaning equipment is provided in each apartment. Cleaning can also be ordered for an additional fee.
