Buying a holiday share

Kiinteistö Oy Laukaan Pitkäniemi is selling the holiday shares it has acquired to its current shareholders at the share price. The purchase price for a summer share is 150 euros and for a winter share is 100.00 euros. The registration fee is 50 euros. The company fee for the year of the transaction will be paid by the buyer if the transaction date of the week falls before a holiday week in that year.

Pitkäniemi III is a member of the RCI organization and by becoming a member of RCI you can exchange a holiday week for another RCI destination in Finland or abroad. Read more about RCI, you will find a link to RCI and files related to RCI.
