You can make a preliminary reservation of holiday week in Pitkäniemi. The reservation takes effect when the rent has been paid and a receipt for the payment has been presented to the reservation handler by email or via website form. If the customer cancels the reservation no later than six weeks before the start of the vacation week the rent will be paid back to the customer minus the reservation fee of 25.00 euros.

The rent for a holiday week in the summer season is 300.00 euros/week. In spring and autumn the rent is 200,00 euros/week. At other times or for rentals shorter than a whole week, the pricing is discretionary depending on the situation. You can inquire about off-season and weekend rental times using the reservation form. The rent does not include a cleaning fee.

Visitors are expected to hand over the apartment in a clean condition. Each apartment has cleaning equipment and dishwasher necessary detergents and equipment. The cleaning fee is 35.00 euros when the apartment has to be cleaned by the company.

It is also possible to buy a vacation share at the shareholder's price

Kiinteistö Oy Laukaan PItkäniemi sells the holiday shares to the current shareholders at the shareholder's price. The purchase price for the summer share is 150 euros and for the winter share 100. The company fee for the year of the transaction will be paid by the buyer, if the transaction date of the week falls before the holiday week of that year.

It is really difficult to get a week suitable for summer time at a reasonable price, Pitkäniemi III is a member the RCI organization and by becoming a member of RCI you can join and exchange a holiday week to another RCI destination in Finland or abroad.
